Fear not ! we have the perfect solution!  A one day option , from 10AM to 6PM, is for  you !

Treat yourself to a much needed break. The pack includes: a welcome power pack nutrient filled smoothie, followed by a 75 minutes one to one yoga class, or guided meditation, a gourmet vegetarian lunch, enjoying an amazing siesta in one of our sumptous hammocks lulled by the wáter jet music of our living pool, maybe reding this book you have wanted to read for ages but never had time to !. 

Also , you can enjoy a massage, which should be prebooked.

You will leave Kairos full of energy and serenity .
