I had the most enjoyable time learning about and preparing raw food with Chef Yogini Mango. The day kicked off with a short introduction about health and the benefits of raw food. We then moved into hands on preparation involving skills and methods that were simple and quick to master. After the food preparation we laid out a beautiful raw meal with flavours and colours that really exited the sensors. I could taste the passion and care that went into this experience, which to me is what true creativity is all about. I thoroughly enjoyed my day.
