Dear students and Kairos friends,
Our beautiful Yoga Shala as you all know can only be used in the spring/summer.
We pride ourselves of praticising a very sincere Yoga, and Mother Nature is one of the basic components of our practice. So following her example, the time has come to meditate, travel deep deep inside … and wait for the spring, the new life that will apear at the end of the tunnel ..wish you all a fruitful winter 🙂 ( though this kind of fruits can not be seen with our physical eyes …)
